Visited Ameya Sapphire Residences last month, and honestly, the finishing already looked... average. Everyone glorifies new projects, but nobody talks about the headache of cracks and seepage after 2-3 years. Yeh sab future maintenance cost aur resale value pe kitna impact karta hai? I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking of upgrading, but is this quality jump worth the EMI? Change my mind.
