posted on 6 MayGurugram downsizers: Is Orris better for long-term value than Whiteland?
Visited Orris Carnation Residency and Whiteland Westin Residence last week. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore; looking for a manageable 2BHK. Honestly, after seeing both, I'm leaning towards Orris. Everyone glorifies Whiteland's luxury projects on Dwarka Expressway, but nobody talks about the actual resale value down the line. I feel like Orris, while maybe less 'flashy', gives a more solid foundation for future appreciation, especially for end-users like us downsizing. Whiteland feels a bit too much for investors, aur uski maintenance bhi zyada lag rahi hai. I'm thinking long-term, about 5-7 years from now, jab hume phir se bechna pade. Is Orris ka resale potential better than Whiteland's? Change my mind.

Honestly, I'm a bit surprised you're leaning Orris for long-term value. Unka track record kuch khaas nahi raha hai past mein, especially with possession dates. Whiteland, although flashy, at least delivers on the luxury promise and is in prime areas like Dwarka Expressway. Resale for luxury might be slower but consistent in good locations. Have you checked their RERA status and past project completion times properly for Orris Carnation?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Orris delays are a known issue
