Since last Diwali, we've been hunting for a 3BHK around Dwarka Expressway, mainly for the kids' school. My wife is super worried about legal hassles. We saw Raheja Krishna and Yashvi Builders, but kaise check karein builder ka RERA registration sahi hai ya nahi? I'm hearing stories about delayed projects even with RERA. Is RERA complaint filing actually effective for defaults, or just on paper? How do you verify a builder's legal track record properly? Koi tips hain to please share, bohot tension ho rahi hai.

Bhai, same situation here! Dwarka Expressway pe toh sab bolte hain location acchi hai, but builders ke naam sunke darr lagta hai. RERA toh hai par uski effectiveness pe mujhe bhi doubt hai. Mera friend ka project 2 saal late hai, RERA complaint bhi kari, but no use. Aapne Raheja Krishna dekha hai? Kaisa laga?
Haan U1, maine bhi dekha hai Raheja Krishna. Location toh acchi hai, but price thoda high laga mujhe.
