After years of paying rent in Gurugram, I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone says negotiate hard, but kitna discount milta hai on a ₹2 Cr flat in Sector 23? Silverglades projects don't seem to budge much. Also, is construction-linked payment plan always smarter for investors? Seems risky, with hidden costs near possession. Change my mind.

Bhai, negotiation is a myth for good projects, especially like Silverglades. They know their value. ₹2 Cr for Sector 23 is already premium, so expecting a big discount is tough. My agent also said max 1-2% if you're lucky. And CLP is a trap sometimes, I completely agree on hidden costs. I'm looking near Airport Road and facing similar issues, delays in projects there are common.
