Did a site visit to Smartworld The Edition last weekend and honestly, price sunke thoda shock laga (₹5.70 Cr+). I'm fed up of renting, so finally thinking of taking the plunge. The brochure looks amazing, but I'm worried about the actual daily living experience. Is it genuinely good to live in, ya sirf paper pe hi accha hai? Carpet area efficient lag raha tha, but not sure if the layouts are practical for a family. Aur neighbourhood ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Commute time bhi important hai for daily office. Jo log yahan rehte hain, please share your honest opinions. EMI vs rent math toh karliya, ab real life experience chahiye. Should I reconsider?
