Gurugram flat: Tax hacks nobody told me

Just moved into my Emaar flat near Golf Course Ext Road. Wish I knew Section 24 tax benefits sooner. Builders don't explain these well. Any other Gurugram-specific tax hacks you found after buying?

Yaar, you're not alone! Builders toh bas booking karwaate hain, ye sab details kaun batata hai. Section 24 toh game-changer hai, kaash mujhe bhi pehle pata hota. Abhi toh bas EMI bhar rahe hain aur tax saving ka idea hi nahi tha. Any specific hacks for properties on Golf Course Ext Road?
