Gurugram flat: Why are there so many hidden costs?

Okay I'll be honest — the *actual* all-in cost for my Gurugram flat in Sector 46 was a massive surprise. Nobody talks about how much PLC, stamp duty, and maintenance add. It's never just the base price. Change my mind.
