Gurugram home purchase: Am I too late?

₹65k rent for a 2BHK near Cyber City is just too much now. Fed up of renting, finally decided to buy. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. I'm looking at Dwarka Expressway and Golf Course Extension, projects like M3M and Godrej. But prices yaar, 1.8 Cr for a 3BHK... it's a lot. Lagta hai Gurugram already peak kar gaya hai? Is it too late for good appreciation? Should I wait ya abhi le lena chahiye? Confused about market timing.
