Okay, I'll be honest — Gurugram's infra project timelines confuse me. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 42, planning a 3BHK upgrade. Are Global City and DMIC completion dates realistic? Should I wait, or will prices jump? Any affordable spots near them?

Bhai, Gurugram infra timelines? Forget it. Global City ka to sun sun ke kaan pak gaye hain. DMIC bhi pata nahi kab poora hoga. Builders bas promises karte hain, possession mein toh saalon lag jaate hain. Waiting will only make you lose out on price appreciation, but buying into a delayed project is worse. What a dilemma!
