Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, I'm overthinking everything. Looking at Sector 111 for a 3BHK, prices are already ₹2Cr+ mostly. Dwarka Expressway almost done, Global City bhi aa raha hai. Kya lagta hai, iska real appreciation abhi aayega ya already priced in hai? Gurugram mein infra delays common hain. Is the current timeline for these big projects realistic, ya aur wait karna padega for full benefits? Not sure if waiting makes sense ya abhi hi book kar lena chahiye. What's your honest take on future growth for Sector 111?

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Buying for yourself is a whole different ball game. I'm also looking at Gurugram, and the prices in Sector 111 are just mind-boggling. Every time I think I've decided, a new doubt creeps in. Is it just FOMO or genuinely a good investment at this price point? My budget is also around the 2 Cr mark, and it feels like I'm getting less for more.
