Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm based in Dubai, can't do site inspections easily. Relying on community insights. With Dwarka Expressway and Global City completing, have prices around sectors 102-113 already moved much? Or is the major appreciation still post-launch? What's the real timeline for SPR Extension? Gurugram infra delays are common, after all. Should I look at Golf Course Extension for stability, or is Dwarka Expressway still the better capital appreciation bet?

Maine toh ek project book kar diya hai Sector 109 mein 2 saal pehle, abhi tak possession ka naam nahi. SPR Extension ka kya status hai? Uski wajah se bhi thoda boost milega kya?

Dekho, Dwarka Expressway ki baatein toh bohot saalon se chal rahi hain. Global City aur Dwarka Exp ka completion date kitni baar change hua hai? Golf Course Extension Road mein already established infrastructure hai, schools, hospitals, everything. Thoda costly zaroor hai but at least peace of mind hai. Capital appreciation ke chakkar mein फंस मत जाना, stability bhi dekho.
Haan U4, Golf Course Extension ki connectivity unmatched hai. Better for long term stability and rental yield.
U4, Golf Course Extension abhi kaafi expensive ho gaya hai aur saturation point pe hai. Dwarka Expressway mein abhi bhi entry point ka potential hai, especially for capital appreciation. Risk hai but reward bhi high ho sakta hai, agar infra deliver ho gaya time pe.
