Gurugram infra: when will we see real impact?

Visited a few projects on Golf Course Extension last weekend. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Dwarka Expressway completion is near. Will Sector 102 see real appreciation, or are infra project delays still a concern?

Yaar, ye Dwarka Expressway ka toh suna hi hai kitne saalon se. GCE projects bhi aise hi latakte rehte hain. Sector 102 mein appreciation tabhi hoga jab actually infra deliver hoga, warna sab paper pe hi achha lagta hai. Meri toh phat rahi hai invest karne mein.

Haan bhai, same experience. Builder ne toh Basai mein project ka naam hi badal diya, infra ka pata nahi.
