Gurugram infrastructure lags behind its property growth.

Sector 57 – just moved into my 3BHK here a couple of months back, possession was in March. Honestly, metro connectivity is a big plus, Sikanderpur station se hardly 10-15 min lagte hain. Commute for office is sorted mostly. But yaar, water supply ka issue pakka hai. Tanker dependency kafi zyada hai, especially summer mein. Not sure why builders don't highlight this more during sales. Plus, peak hours mein traffic near Golf Course Extension side... it's a mess. Lagta hai infrastructure growth property prices ko catch up nahi kar pa raha. Is this normal for new areas, or should I be more worried?
