Gurugram investment: Builder legal track record, RERA doubts?

₹2.5 Cr budget, 3 site visits, but legal documents ne dimag kharab kar diya hai. Main Dwarka Expressway ya Golf Course Extension Road pe dekh raha hoon, maybe Paramount Luxury Floor 40 bhi consider kar raha. Builder ka legal track record kaise check karein properly? Ambience Group jaise bade naam par bhi kya RERA details aur title verification thoroughly karni padti hai? Honestly not sure about the process. Investors, any red flags to look for on the RERA site? My main concern is future exit options, don't want any title issues later. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Gurugram mein property lena itna complex kyu lag raha hai?
