Gurugram investment from Dubai — Model Economic City doubts
Did some online research on Model Economic City in Gurugram from Dubai. I'm based here, can't do a site inspection myself, so relying on community insights. My main concern for any investment back home is legal clarity and future exit strategy. Model Economic City RERA compliant hai kya? Builder ka track record kaisa hai with legal issues, especially for an under-construction project? Also, investor vs end-user ratio wahan kya hai? Don't want a ghost society jahan rental yield na mile aur resale bhi mushkil ho jaye. Thinking 2BHK around ₹1.5 Cr. What's the resale market liquidity like after 5-7 years? Will I find buyers easily for a good price? Need ground truth on this project. Any advice on rental management for NRIs is super helpful. Thanks!
