Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm stuck on what to actually focus on for an investment property in Gurugram. Looking at projects like Aspiration, they promise so many amenities. But honestly, kitna fark padta hai delivered amenities ka for resale value ya good tenants? I've heard stories ki jo brochure mein hota hai, woh possession pe nahi milta. Aur phir yeh high maintenance charges... are they really worth the service quality? Ya just a burden on ROI? What's your experience with older projects?

Bhai, Aspiration ki baat kar rahe ho toh thoda careful raho. ₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.3 Cr bahut badi investment hai. Amenities toh sab dikhate hain, but check their RERA number: GGM/655/387/2022/130. It's relatively new, so track record dekhna padega. Possession date bhi 2024-06-01 hai, abhi thoda time hai. Kya guarantee hai ki sab time pe milega?
