Been in my Faith Ireo Savannah flat for about three months now and I gotta say, everyone glorifies the "green living" concept but nobody talks about the reality. Builder ne render mein dikhaya tha pura jungle, but asliyat mein bas kuch sukhe ped aur concrete patches hain. Isse kya hi ROI milega long-term mein? Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain, but green areas ki quality bilkul zero hai. Aur paani ka bhi same haal. They promised reliable supply, par abhi se tanker mangwana pad raha hai kabhi kabhi. Tenant attract karna mushkil hoga agar basic necessities hi unreliable hain. Construction quality bhi... already chote-mote cracks dikh rahe hain, yaar. Investors ka perspective: is this the new normal? Ya sirf Faith Ireo ka issue hai? Change my mind.
