Brand name pe mat jao. Gurugram ka market abhi bahut volatile hai, especially high-end properties. ₹8 Cr tak ja raha hai price, wahan security compromise ho toh kon lega? Current market mein buyers bahut pick-y hain, ek choti si flaw bhi deal tod sakti hai.
DLF Independent Floors mein security ka kya scene hai? Price toh ₹4.5 Cr se shuru hai, itna kharch karke bhi agar CCTV/visitor management weak ho toh kya faayda? Resale pe asar padega na? Ya tenants bhi acche nahi milenge agar security lax ho?

My friend lives near Badshahpur, unka builder initially bola tha top-notch, but abhi guard bhi theek se nahi milte. Independent floors mein toh aur dhyaan dena padta hai, har entry point secure hai ya nahi.
