Gurugram investors: Is high maintenance justified?

₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK at DLF Platinum Residences, then add ₹25,000+ monthly maintenance? I'm based in Dubai, so ground reality is tough to gauge. Everyone talks about luxury amenities, but nobody discusses if those high maintenance charges actually justify the service. Does this affect resale value or tenant attraction later? Kya yeh sirf naam ke liye expensive hai, ya asli value bhi milti hai? Change my mind.
