Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on legal due diligence for a Gurugram property. I'm looking at a 3BHK around Dwarka Expressway, budget ₹2.5 Cr. Builder ka track record kaise check karte hain, especially for projects like RK Traders Qutab Heights? RERA registration number toh dikh raha hai, but is that enough ya builder ka past RERA complaints history bhi dekhna chahiye? Honestly not sure. Aur title verification, is it really that complex? Some say buyers often skip it, but I don't want future issues. Encumbrance certificate bhi important hai na before paying anything? Want to make sure exit options clear rahein for investment. Any advice on trusted legal advisors in Gurugram for this? Pata nahi kahan se shuru karu, it's all so confusing.
