Gurugram investors: spotting construction quality issues early?
After 7 years of paying rent, I'm finally looking at buying in Gurugram, maybe DLF Royalton Towers. My biggest worry as an investor is long-term quality. I've heard stories about construction issues popping up after a year, affecting resale and attracting tenants. When visiting sites, I've started checking visible concrete finishes and plumbing connections closely. Also, is full power backup for apartments actually delivered, or just common areas? That impacts rentability a lot. Any specific tips for spotting potential issues early? Hope this helps someone.

DLF Royalton Towers for 10 Cr? Bhai, that's a *huge* investment for a first-time buyer. Quality issues are real, especially with some builders cutting corners. I'd be super careful, check their RERA history too.
But
Totally agree! My cousin had issues with a DLF project near Badshahpur a few years back. Finishing was terrible.
