Spent the whole Sunday checking out options along Dwarka Expressway. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 82, thinking of upgrading. Before putting money into M3M or Raheja Krishna, how do you guys *really* verify RERA compliance? Beyond that, what are the actual steps to check a builder's legal track record and title clarity in Gurugram? Don't want any surprises later.

Bhai, exactly my thoughts! RERA number toh website pe mil jaata hai, but uski authenticity kaise check karein? Especially with M3M, sunne mein aata hai ki delivery delays bahut hote hain.
