Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm looking at RK Traders Qutab Heights and want to understand construction quality before booking. Kya cheezein dekhni chahiye during a site visit to predict future seepage ya cracks? Like, walls ki finish, wiring, plumbing, etc. Investors, how do you check if the green areas and landscaping will actually be good or just feel cramped later? Don't want future tenants complaining, it affects resale value na. Any hacks to spot red flags early?
