Gurugram investors: What construction red flags do you spot?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm looking at RK Traders Qutab Heights and want to understand construction quality before booking. Kya cheezein dekhni chahiye during a site visit to predict future seepage ya cracks? Like, walls ki finish, wiring, plumbing, etc. Investors, how do you check if the green areas and landscaping will actually be good or just feel cramped later? Don't want future tenants complaining, it affects resale value na. Any hacks to spot red flags early?

Dekho, RK Traders ka track record clear nahi hai toh double cautious rehna padega. Construction quality mein, base se floors tak, har stage ki photos maango. Aur amenities, especially green spaces, ka detailed plan on paper lo. Builders often cut corners there. Did you visit the site yet, OP? Builders bas brochure mein bade-bade trees dikhate hain, actual mein toh bas 2-4 ghaas ke patches hote hain. How do we check if they'll actually develop the promised landscaping properly?
RK Traders Qutab Heights? Bhai, yeh toh naya naam sun raha hoon. Propmyna pe toh 'null' status aur zero units listed dikha raha hai. Thoda research kar lo pehle, aise projects mein paisa lagana risky ho sakta hai. Builder ka track record check kiya kya?
