The 'premium amenities' tag in Gurugram often means just higher maintenance, not actual value. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ball game, you know? I'm looking at a few properties, including SR Homes 5, and honestly, the gap between brochure promises and reality feels huge. Are builders actually delivering on amenities like clubhouses and green spaces, or are they just for show? I'm worried about construction quality too – saw some projects where cracks and seepage appeared within a year. How much does this really hit resale value, or even just attracting good tenants? And are the maintenance charges justified for what you actually get?
