Golf Course Extension Road — everyone talks about its potential, but I'm not so sure. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Sector 88A, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa with Emaar. But the prices, yaar! Seems like the luxury segment in Gurugram is already peaking. Is this just hype driven by Dwarka Expressway completion and Global City plans? I mean, a 3BHK in Sector 65 is hitting ₹3Cr+ easily. Is that really sustainable for capital appreciation? Feels like the market is overheated. Change my mind.

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Golf Course Extension Road sounds fancy, but ₹3Cr for a 3BHK? That's insane for a first-time buyer like me. I'm looking at places near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and even there, prices are climbing. Is this really the right time to jump in, or are we just fueling a bubble?
Totally agree! My budget is max ₹1.5 Cr, and even for a decent 2BHK
