Gurugram luxury prices are unsustainable now

Just moved into Godrej Meridien in Sector 102 last month, and honestly, things are a bit different than expected. While Dwarka Expressway is almost done, traffic around here still feels wild. Prices for luxury projects just keep climbing. Not sure if I bought at the peak, or if Gurugram still has much more upside. Is it really a good investment holding till 2026-27? Or should I have waited for a correction? Curious about your thoughts on current luxury valuations, especially near Dwarka Expressway.
