Gurugram luxury projects: construction quality is a joke?

Is anyone else facing crazy post-possession issues with their Gurugram flat? Just moved into my Emaar project in Sector 65, and finishing work is already showing cracks. Maintenance charges bhi bahut high lag rahe hain. Did your builder, like DLF or Godrej, hand over the RWA smoothly or are they still controlling things?
