Gurugram maintenance charges are rarely justified

Ambience Lagoon – interested in a flat there. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself hits different. Are the maintenance charges actually justified by the services? And is the clubhouse ever really used, or just a showpiece?

Bhai, Ambience Lagoon mein maintenance charges toh sun kar hi BP badh jaata hai. For a property that old (Possession 2003!), I doubt the services can justify the premium they charge. Mostly show-off hota hai.
