Gurugram maintenance charges: Value for money?
Visited GC Ultra Luxurious Floors last weekend. The brochure looks amazing, but I'm honestly so skeptical about maintenance charges. Everyone glorifies the fancy clubhouses and green areas, but nobody talks about the actual value for money post-possession. Kya fayda itne high charges ka agar facilities sirf show-off hain? My current society mein toh kids ke play area tak maintenance nahi hota. Is it just a money drain everywhere? Disagree? Tell me why.

Maine bhi suna hai GC Ultra Luxurious Floors ke baare mein, location achi hai. But 1.9 Cr se 4.5 Cr ka price range aur upar se high maintenance? Meri toh budget out ho jaati hai sunte hi. Koi batao, is it really worth it for the amenities?
Totally agree with the OP! Maintenance is a black hole. GC Ultra Luxurious Floors ka brochure toh sabko pasand aata hai, but real picture kya hai, wohi toh dekhna hai.
