Yaar, Gurugram mein properties toh sky-high hain. DLF Arcade 68, naam sunke hi lagta hai premium hoga. But is time pe itna investment karna wise hai kya? Interest rates upar ja rahe hain, aur market mein thodi uncertainty bhi hai. Kya pata possession tak prices aur gir jayein ya builder delay kar de. Bahut risk lagta hai first-time buyer ke liye.
