Hidden charges after booking are a real shocker, yaar. I just got possession of my 2BHK in Sector 21 last month, and the final payment was way higher than what I calculated initially. They added so many things like OC charges, utility setup fees, and even some random 'club membership' jo pehle kabhi discuss nahi hua tha. I thought I negotiated well on the base price, but these extras ate up everything. Did anyone actually manage to negotiate these hidden costs with builders like Action Constructwell? Or is that just wishful thinking in Gurugram?
