Gurugram mein kis builder ki society well-maintained rehti hai?

Resale of our big house is almost done, kids have moved out, so I'm looking for a manageable 2BHK or compact 3BHK flat in Gurugram. Don't need such a big place anymore. My budget is around ₹1.5-2.5 Cr for something on Golf Course Extension or SPR, near a good hospital if possible. I'm really worried about post-possession maintenance charges; suna hai kai builders exorbitant rates charge karte hain. Society ka upkeep kitna accha rehta hai 2-3 saal baad, especially with things like water logging during monsoon? DLF, Emaar, Godrej Properties, ya M3M mein se kiska track record better hai for long-term society maintenance and reasonable charges? Construction quality bhi important hai, I've heard stories about seepage issues after a few years. Any experiences with these builders on these points?
