Gurugram negotiation is a total myth.

10% negotiation on Gurugram base price? Sab bolte hain, but for MRG Group in Sector 21, I doubt it. I'm in Dubai. Pre-launch prices actually save money? Real all-in cost after PLC, OC kya hai? Change my mind.

Exactly my thoughts! 10% negotiation is a dream for first-time buyers like us. I've been looking at properties near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and builders barely budge even 2-3%. MRG Group S-21 ka toh pata nahi, but sounds too good to be true. Pre-launch saving bhi bas marketing hype lagta hai.

Sahi kaha bhai, same experience here. Builders are so rigid these days, especially in good locations. Negotiation toh bhool jao.
