Pataudi Road periphery mein SS Group ka ek project dekha hai, aur honestly, Gurugram mein negotiation kitni work karti hai, samajh nahi aa raha. Builders bolte hain fixed price hai, but kya sach mein aisa hota hai? Kisi ko experience hai ki ₹1.5 Cr ke flat pe kitna knock off kar sakte hain? Ya fir secondary market mein better deals milti hain, jahan negotiation scope zyada ho? Also, possession ke time kya hidden charges aate hain? PLC, parking ke alawa, builder aur kya add karta hai jo agreement mein clear nahi hota? Main investor hoon, toh total cost of acquisition pe focus hai. Dwarka Expressway side bhi dekha hai, wahan toh lagta hai they won't budge much. Any first-hand experience on this? Kya strategy honi chahiye?
