I just got possession of my 3BHK in Sector 65 last month, bought it without visiting, relying on a broker. Abhi rental yields aren't even close to what was promised. Acha tenant milna mushkil hai. Should I just hold for capital appreciation, thinking Dwarka Expressway completion will boost prices? Ya should I try to sell in a couple of years? What's your experience with Gurugram property, especially if you're an NRI?

Yaar, same pinch! I was looking at Sector 65 too, but the numbers just didn't add up for me. Brokers make it sound like gold dust. My agent was pushing something in M3M. Did you also deal with a big agency that promised high yields?
Haan bhai, brokers toh sapne dikhate hain. Real picture different hoti hai. Sab investment opportunity bolke bech dete hain.
