Gurugram parking claims are mostly fiction

DLF City Phase I and III — I'm looking at the Independent Floors there for investment. I work in real estate, so I know the sales pitch, but buying for myself is different, you know? Parking allocation is a big one for me. Builders always promise ample parking, but how often does that turn into a lottery-based nightmare or insufficient spots for tenants? Also, what's the ground reality with security systems? Are they actually effective or just for show? Want to know if these things actually affect resale or just become a headache later.
