Gurugram price correction is dead, prove me wrong

Gurugram mein price correction ab myth ban gaya hai, isn't it? Golf Course Extension ya Dwarka Expressway pe sab kuch over-priced lag raha. I'm looking at Sector 82, par wahan bhi builders like CGHS Group are quoting high. Investors, where can one find actual value ya spot discount? Lagta hai koi real deal bacha hi nahi hai.
