Gurugram prices feel unsustainable now

Just moved into my 3BHK in Sector 107 last month, it was ₹1.8 Cr. Now same configuration is already ₹2 Cr+. Matlab, is this price increase sustainable ya correction aayega? SPR and Dwarka Expressway ke projects mein toh aur bhi fast bhaag rahe hain prices. What's everyone's take on 2026 trends?
