Did some research on Ashley Estate projects around Sector 40 from Dubai last night. I'm eyeing a 3BHK, budget around ₹2 Cr. Builders ka sales team bolta hai no negotiation, but is that true for Gurugram? Kitna realistically knock off kar sakte hain? Also, secondary market mein kya deal better milti hai? Resale mein negotiation space zyada hota hai kya? Plus, all-in cost ka breakdown, like stamp duty, PLC, parking – kitna extra expect karun? I can't do site visits myself, so need ground truth.
