Gurugram projects: Anyone got insight on builder financial stability?

Builder's financial health is my biggest worry right now for Gurugram projects. I'm looking at SS One and Conscient Hines Elevate. Kya inki financial stability theek hai, ya project delay ka risk zyada hai? Bank approvals kaise hain for these? I work in real estate, but for my own money, I'm extra careful. Any insider info on their current liquidity?
