Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking this, but we're upgrading for the kids, need a 3BHK, and safety's huge. Whiteland Westin ki brochures mein greenery aur kids play areas bahut dikhate hain. Par site visit pe laga, real open space kitni hoti hai? Is it actually usable for kids ya bas landscaping hai? Security systems, visitor management, guards — yeh sab paper pe hi achhe hain ya real mein bhi kaam karte hain? My wife is really focused on safe, open spaces for the children. Any real experiences with green areas and security in such projects?
