Okay I'll say what no one says – buying property for myself in Gurugram, even after working in real estate for years, is a nightmare. Builders show you these fancy renders, right? Like the clubhouse at Birla Arika, looks amazing. But what's the actual scene post-possession? Is it just a showpiece, ya log use karte bhi hain? I know what builders don't tell you about construction quality; often it's just paint over cracks after a year. Are people facing seepage issues, ya walls mein cracks after a monsoon? My biggest fear is paying premium for amenities jo bas naam ke liye hain. It's not just about the brochure; I want to know the ground reality. Change my mind, but I feel like most projects oversell and under-deliver on the daily usability. Is it just me?
