Gurugram projects' water claims are just a big joke.
Is Gurugram mein water supply ka issue sirf mere building mein hai ya sab projects ka yahi haal hai? DLF Royalton Towers mein shifted hue abhi 6 months hue hain, aur har doosre din tanker bulana padta hai. Builder ne toh bade bade claims kiye the about water storage and full backup. But yahan toh basic needs bhi mushkil se poori ho rahi hain. Kya yeh normal hai? Aur agar maintenance charge itna high hai, toh yeh basic services toh milni chahiye na? Anyone else facing this at Royalton or other projects?

Royalton Towers toh ₹10.0 Cr ka project hai, 76 units hain. Itni high-end property mein bhi agar yeh haal hai toh kya fayda? Builder ne toh RERA mein bhi water supply ka promise kiya hoga. Did anyone check their RERA documents carefully?
Totally agree with you. Hum toh Sector 65 mein ek aur project mein hain, wahan bhi yahi haal hai. Lagta hai Gurugram ka water infrastructure hi weak hai, developers bas bech ke nikal lete hain.
Bhai, same to same problem! Hum bhi Royalton mein hi hain. Maintenance ke naam pe bas loot macha rakhi hai.
