Gurugram properties: Kids' play area and basic utilities confusion

Honestly, Gurugram properties confuse me, especially with kids. Sobha International City looks nice, but is the children's play area safe, usable, ya bas naam ka? Aur power backup full flat milta hai ya common areas only? My wife needs reliable water supply, tanker issues toh nahi? Genuine experiences batao.
