₹28k rent for a 2BHK in Sector 43 was fine, but a 10% hike just pushed me over the edge. Finally taking the plunge to buy in Gurugram, fed up of renting. I'm looking at Ganga Group's project in Sector 111, pricing seems okay initially but yaar, actual all-in cost kitna hota hai? Builders brochure mein sirf base price dikhate hain. Suna hai stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking sab add hokar bahut badh jaata hai. Plus, hidden charges at possession time. Is it true? Aur negotiation ka kya scene hai Gurugram mein? Can we actually knock off 5-10% from the quoted price, or is it mostly fixed? Any tips for a first-time buyer? I don't want any surprises later.
