Sector 89A – I'm seriously considering a 2BHK here, fed up of renting. Landlord ne rent phir badha diya. I'm looking at places around Dwarka Expressway, thinking Global City ka impact. But yaar, yeh infra projects ka timeline kitna real hai? SPR Extension aur Cloverleaf Flyover ki completion kab hogi? Does anyone actually believe these deadlines? Not sure if prices have already moved too much ya abhi bhi investment window hai. My budget is around ₹1.6 Cr, so a 2BHK in 89A seems doable. Worried about delays affecting appreciation.

Totally feel you on this! Main bhi Sector 89A mein dekh raha tha for a 2BHK, budget bhi almost same hai. Woh infra project timelines ka darr toh mujhe bhi hai. Builder marketing toh bohot karte hain but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Especially Dwarka Expressway ka haal dekh ke toh aur lagta hai.
