Golf Course Extension Road, I'm eyeing a 3BHK for ₹2.5 Cr investment from Dubai. Can't visit. What's the real rental yield there? Remote property management, kitna mushkil hai? Worth it?

Bhai, ₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road, woh bhi as an investment from Dubai, that's a big call! I'm also a first-time buyer looking in Gurgaon, but my budget is nowhere near this. My biggest concern would be the actual rental yield. Kitna mil jaata hai wahan pe after all expenses? And remote property management, I've heard horror stories. Is it really worth the headache for an NRI investor who can't even visit?

Agree with you, first poster. GCE is definitely a premium location, but rental yields have been quite average lately, especially for such a high acquisition cost. You'd be lucky to get 2-3% net after maintenance and taxes. Plus, the market is a bit slow for rentals right now in some pockets there.
