Gurugram property hunt is giving me headaches
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm looking at two options in Gurugram: Adani Lushlands and Sunder Luxury Floors DLF Phase 2. Adani is under construction, aur Sunder toh ready-to-move hai. Ready-to-move ka tension kam hota hai, I know, but Adani ka potential zyada lag raha hai. Sunder mein immediate registry mil jayegi, no waiting. Adani mein construction quality par bharosa karna padega. What's the real risk with UC projects, apart from delays? For a 5-year outlook, which one do you guys think will appreciate more? Sunder DLF Phase 2 mein location ka advantage hai, but Adani ka scale alag hai. Kya Adani mein future ROI better hoga ya Sunder ki established location will win out? Pura dimaag kharab ho gaya hai. Any advice on these two?

Bhai, totally feel you! Gurugram mein property lena matlab ek alag level ka stress hai. I'm also a first-time buyer aur Adani Lushlands ka naam sunkar thoda attractive lagta hai because of the brand, but under-construction projects ka risk factor bohot high hota hai. My uncle had a terrible experience with a project near Badshahpur, delayed almost 4 years! Sunder Luxury Floors DLF Phase 2 ki location toh solid hai, but price point ka kya scene hai wahan? Adani ki possession date 2029 tak hai, that's a long wait for a first home.
