₹65k rent for a 2BHK near Cyber City feels like a lot. I'm 29, IT professional, and parents keep pushing to buy. But an EMI for a ₹1.8 Cr 2BHK in Sector 65 is like ₹1.2L! Is paying almost double for future appreciation really worth it? My budget is ₹1.5 Cr max. Should I keep renting and invest the difference, ya buy a small flat now?
