Gurugram property: Kya builders se negotiate karna possible hai?
Gurugram mein builder se negotiation karna is mostly a joke, change my mind. I'm looking for a 3BHK around Dwarka Expressway ya Golf Course Extension, budget ₹2.5-3 Cr. Builders like M3M ya Godrej toh seedha high quote dete hain. Kitna realistically expect kar sakte hain ki woh price kam karenge? Yaar, meri wife ko total cost ka tension hai, kids ke school ke paas safe neighbourhood chahiye. And all these 'hidden' charges – PLC, club membership, electricity meter, OC, parking... Matlab property price toh bas shuruaat hai. Yeh sab extra costs pe bhi negotiate kar sakte hain ya fixed hote hain? Has anyone actually managed to get a significant 5-10% discount on a new project? Ya fir secondary market mein hi asli deals milti hain? I need to know the true all-in cost. What's your experience?
